Principal and co-founder Lisa Ward has been appraising commercial real estate for over 20 years. During that time she served on the Savannah Area Chapter of the Appraisal Institute board and as a practicing affiliate of the Appraisal Institute. Lisa has also served as secretary and board member of the Richmond Hill Rotary Club and has served on the Bryan County Board of Assessors. She has been featured in Savannah Magazine's Women in Business edition and the Richmond Hill Reflections local publication. She is a Georgia Certified General Real Property Appraiser and a Georgia Department of Transportation Approved Appraiser, where she's worked on major roadway projects throughout the state. Lisa is also a qualified expert witness providing testimony in state court.
Lisa Ward has extensive litigation experience and often serves as an expert witness. She has extensive experience in the eminent domain realm and condemnation assignments.
Principal and co-founder Carol Mouchet has over 28 years of commercial real estate appraising experience. She is a Certified General Real Property Appraiser in both Georgia and neighboring South Carolina. She served as secretary and board member for the Savannah Area Chapter of the Appraisal Institute for over 20 years. Carol was formerly an associate broker with the Mouchet Company with a primary focus on commercial leasing where she served a wide variety of clients. Carol has been involved in a many special projects such as the appraisals of SCAD university properties and various market studies to include the downtown Broughton Street retail and multi-family corridor.
Carol has extensive experience in Savannah’s downtown Historic District and the rare ability to appraise historic properties that are on the national registry.
