ABOUT TELFAIR
Founded in the charming city of Savannah, Georgia, founders Lisa Ward and Carol Mouchet provide expert commercial real estate appraisals and consulting services. Our Mission: to deliver dependable, time-sensitive reporting to clients who need accurate information they can count on to meet their deadlines, conduct their business, and make the right decisions.
The Telfair Appraisal Company's namesake was inspired by 19th century icon and Georgia native Mary Telfair, who founded the first women's hospital in the state (still in operation today) and the Telfair Academy of Arts and Sciences — the South's oldest art museum and an internationally recognized arts center.
